Big Idea of the Message: At a point in history when the Jewish people were tempted to believe that God had forgotten about them in exile, God used Daniel to interpret Nebuchadnezzar’s dream, revealing his power and sovereignty over all of history.


Application Point: In dark moments when it’s easy to believe that God has forgotten about us, we can be assured that he is in control.

1. What is one thing that stood out to you from this week’s message?
2. Why is it important that Daniel, an Israelite, is the only one who can interpret Nebuchadnezzar’s dream?
3. How does Daniel 2 teach us that God is in control of everything?
