Big Idea of the Message: Job experienced deep suffering, and though he didn’t come away with all the answers to his questions, he realized that God is in control, even during dark moments.


Application Point: We don’t always get through difficult circumstances with a clear-cut answer. Yet we can trust our sovereign God.

1. What is one thing that stood out to you from this week’s message?
2. How does Job handle the suffering he faces?
3. How does God assess Job’s friends? Are they helpful or harmful?
